Eamonn Foster, Esquire

Eamonn Foster was born and raised in Red Bluff, CA, and has deep roots in the community.  After graduating from Red Bluff High in 1998, he served two years as an LDS Missionary in Rostov-na-Donu, Russia, where he learned the language and the culture.  He came home and began studies in Geology and Russian, and received a Bachelor's of Arts in the Russian Language, with a minor in Logic.

From there, he studied Law at American University's Washington College of Law, where he received his J.D.  While there he spent time with the UNROW International Human Rights Clinic, which represented the needs of the victims of human rights violations.  While with UNROW he met victims of Chilean Dictator Augusto Pinochet's torture camps and with Chile's President Michelle Bachelet, as well as many other dignitaries.  He worked closely with several other students under the tutelage of the illustrious Michael Tigar and Ali Beydoun.

He has worked in the United States Department of Transportation, Federal Highways Administration, Office of Chief Counsel, where his work, initiative, and skill earned him the distinguished Award of Excellence.

After working in our nation's capital city, Mr. Foster desired to return home, to be close to family and to raise his children in an environment he loves.
